14 Headgate is a red-brick former office building arranged around a central courtyard, close to Colchester town centre, converted into 44 flats.
We fitted around 100 aluminium window frames with astragal (Georgian) bars across the ground and first floors and up into the roof dormers, plus the commercial entrance doors and escape doors.
