Giles Place is a five-storey red-brick office block on Princes Street in the centre of Ipswich, converted into 61 flats. We supplied and installed new aluminium windows throughout the building, including the roof access hatches and the courtyard glazing, along with the AOV smoke vents. The job was completed in December 2025.

Just over the border in Essex, 14 Headgate in Colchester was another office-to-residential conversion: 44 flats and around 100 aluminium window frames.

Working this far from London

Ipswich is about 67 miles from our Hendon base, so on a Suffolk job we plan deliveries and the installation programme carefully to keep the team productive on site. Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Stowmarket and Felixstowe are all within reach too.
