Crawley and Horsham have plenty of office buildings that are being converted into flats, and the coast from Worthing to Brighton & Hove has a lot of older buildings being refurbished or extended upwards. Seafront and town-centre sites often come with conservation area rules or a noise condition, and we build the window spec around them from the start.

We don't have a finished project in Sussex on the site yet. Our closest completed work is Roxby House in Sidcup, south-east London (an office block converted into 34 flats) and Zenith House in Fleet, Hampshire (34 apartments).
